I don't know that specific format but several of HID's 36 bit formats use an 17bit split in the middle Even calc on the left and Odd calc on the right. (sometimes they flip the parities to be Odd on the left and Even on the right)
in this one example that calculation works. But again, I don't know if that is the calculation for that specific format.
btw: what reader is that output from as the binary prefix doesn't appear correct?

It's easy enough to interpret but the spacing is off. Can you re-post the above information or do you have any source material?
