Its a small blank white plastic credit card size tag, no obvious markings.

Edit: I have not yet seen the reader, as its a friends card, I will see if he can snap a picture of the reader asap

It's PSK modulated so could be Indala. You could try 'lf indalademod' or 'lf indalademod 224' and see if you get a sensible result.
BTW, the trace looks a little weird. Normally for PSK (and, thinking about it, it could also be NRZ) you expect the up and down spikes to alternate (see samples in the traces directory). However, on yours you are getting batches on either side. This means it's either a modulation scheme I've not seen before or your antenna aligment/tuning could be better - try moving the tag around and also try a 'read h' for 134kHz.
