Tearing field in MIfare ultralight card

Hi guys, Something to check with you guys.

I am holding onto a ultralight card. I make a clone using proxmark. However, the cloned card is not able to open the door. Check the difference and noticed the "tearing" field are quite different.
I would like to check with you guys to know how should I or is it possible to update the tearing field of my cloned card.

depends on your magic UL card...  Some doesn't set those values.
