Useless without having all CMD's to operate the card.
Furthermore you forgot to mention, that your Software (Fuse Tool) only works with your D8-USB reader/writer which you are selling for a pretty high price of $158.
Single card -> $30
Single card + D8-USB reader -> $188
Same D8-USB reader can be found on alibaba.com for about $50
