Mifare Classic Emulation

I’ve come across a few old posts that state it isn’t possible to emulate a Mifare Classic tag on Android. Is this still the case? Would love to emulate a Mifare Classic 4k card on an Android or jailbroken iOS device. I have a dump of the card I’m trying to emilulate.

I was looking around recently and do not see that functionality.  It is rare enough as is(in the US) for the phones to have the capability to read/write MIFARE Classic cards.
