trouble installing driver for PM3 V3 with windows 10

Hi, I am constantly getting this error below.

"The folder you selected doesn't contain a compatible driver for you device. if the folder contains a driver make sure it is designed to work with x64 based system"

I have tried drivers for windows 10 both download from online and asked the seller for it but keep getting the same error.

Also disabled driver signature autheticatoin before installing.

Please help
