this would be slow and inefficient with the current code if it was placed in the arm. it would require a bit of a rewrite and i'm afraid take up a bit more of the arm's memory space (which is why it was built in the client) and in my opinion the arm memory is better left open for crypto functions, new communication protocols, and larger traces.
it could be done, but it is not on my todo list.
