commands "help" - usages_cmd
Since @Holiman started with a help structure for commands in the line of "usages_lf_read()"

which contains the help-texts for each function.
We might even move the usages_functions to a seperate file.
I think this is a great way, and suggesting that we do this for the new functions and remake the old functions whenever there is time and motivation.
What do you, the community, think about it?
