One of our suppliers swapped in some "F08" Mifare 1k compatible chips into a few recent shipments. I wouldn't have noticed, except that we've now heard that they sometimes behave unusually. The frustrating part is that we are getting very inconsistent results as we try to figure out when and why these are failing. We've identified more than 8000 credentials with these "F08" chips deployed since March but only started hearing about failures last week. The huge majority of end-users who have received the cards with these chips have no trouble. I'd love to hear from any of you that are using F08 chips, or have experienced this and can shed some light. Thanks.
