What kind of card is this

Hi everyone，I have a tag, it's uid is only 4 bytes, don't like DESFire.

       - TB1 : SFGI = 0 (SFGT = (not needed) 0/fc), FWI = 10 (FWT = 4194304/fc)
       - TC1 : NAD is NOT supported, CID is supported
       -  HB : 86 88
No chinese magic backdoor command detected
PRNG data error: Wrong length: 0
Prng detection error.

Valid ISO14443A Tag Found - Quiting Search

when I use "hf mfp info", pm3 enter a loop, the blue and green Led light. press button dose not work, needs reset .
