Strange behaviour of pm3 with 14443 type b cards

Hello, i am playing with a european social security card which I did not know being wireless (it has smart card contacts) and since i found out that hw tune was reporting some voltage dip, i tried hw search and with big surprise I got this report:

proxmark3> hf search

Strangely enough, any attempt to gather more information from any type b related commands fails, for example "hf 14b info" does not report any card at all.
Any hint?

thanks in advance
